Kimberly (Kim) Scott is a Nurse Leader from the San Francisco Bay Area. With over twenty years of health care experience, Kim has established herself as a nursing advocate, motivator, connector, and author. She has a passion for mentoring and loves to serve and speak about building community. Kim refers to community, as Common Unity. She is the immediate past chair of the National Black Nurses, Inc. Collaborative Mentorship Program (CMP), past National Black Nurses Association, Inc. board member.
